Test Setup:
As always, we did our best to deliver a clean set of benchmarks, with each test repeated three times and an average of those results is what we’re reporting here. In the rare case where performance was inconsistent, we continued repeating the test until we got three results that were consistent.

- Jetway JNC62K (Nvidia GeForce 8200)
Common Components:
- AMD Athlon 64 X2 BE-2350 2.1GHz 65nm Energy Efficient 45W CPU
- AMD Sempron LE-1200 65nm Energy Efficient 45W CPU
- 2GB DDR2 800MHz at 5-5-5-18-2T timings (SDP)
- Corsair VX550W PSU and Enermax 285W mATX PSU
- Seagate 7200.10 200GB SATA hard drive
- Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit
Due to the limitations of the Jetway JNC62K, it ran using a single 2GB stick of DDR2 800MHz memory in a single channel arrangement. The J&W on the other hand used dual channel memory with a pair of 1GB SO-DIMMs. Both single and dual core CPUs were used primarily in order to understand what the limitation for HD playback was, and because the Sempron LE-1200 is extremely good value at under £20. Both CPUs have a TDP of just 45W making them very energy efficient, however the Sempron should still be lower power since it's "missing" a core compared to the Athlon X2.
